A Year Long Amazement!

The other day, we were sitting at the table eating dinner - then my 2 year old son decided to (once again) stick his fork into the straw of his milk cup.  He looks up at Joe and I, with a giant smile and a nice 'Ta-Da' like noise to get our attention at his huge accomplishment.

Joe and I then realized, that he has been doing this almost every meal as far back as we can remember! Even at his first birthday party, he was sticking his fork into his straw.  So now for the past year - he has been completely amazed at the fact that his fork is about the correct size to get in there, and he can let go of it, and it STAYS!           Ta-Da!!!! 

I had to get a picture of this, so it can go in his baby book. What a silly boy :)
