Great News!

Big day here at our house!  This morning both boys had their well check ups.  2 months for Ethan and 2 yrs for Andrew.  Both boys are doing quite well - Ethan is one ounce shy of being DOUBLE his birth weight.. crazy chubby boy! Andrew is holding strong at 30lbs - but growing taller by the minute!

In other news: Our (2nd) house offer went through!!! So assuming the inspection goes well, and the loan papers all go through just right - we're IN! I'm so very excited that we will have a 2000sq ft. home!!! with a back yard and a fence and a driveway of our OWN!

Then reality strikes - We need a washer and dryer and lawn mower and all those things that people get when they own a home.  We don't have much of that!  AND PACKING!! where does one begin to pack a teeny tiny home that is over crowded with 5 1/2 years of stuff and two kids??!

    Congrats! If you're looking to save money on your washer and dryer, try craigslist.org or used appliance stores. I got mine for about $100 total, and they lasted until I moved - 7 years later. Then I passed them on.
