A warmly is an all natural heating pad and/or neck wrap. You put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and lay it on your neck or onto troubled areas to feel the instant relief of neck pain, backaches, migraines, and many other painful issues.

I somehow manage to store all of my stress into my neck and shoulders. After taking a pilates class I realized that I often hold my head up in the ‘flag neck’ position - and my spine holds up my head like a flagpole that you would attach to the side of your house. Much of this is due to the tension in my neck – and my massage therapist has been working rather diligently to remove this tension.
